Administrative Services
AVCP’s Administrative Department provides oversight and leadership for all AVCP programs and engages in a broad range of duties which affect virtually every aspect of AVCP.  This Department coordinates and directs support services for the entire organization and manages the many services that allow the organization to operate efficiently, such as reception, information technology and data processing, mail, telecommunications, and security. Additionally, AVCP’s Administrative Department manages AVCP’s Human Resources needs and its insurance program, conducts risk management assessments and provides appropriate solutions, addresses any and all organizational legal issues and those brought forward by member tribes, and directs all public relations activities.
