The Association of Village Council Presidents (AVCP) seeks organizational development services to prepare for and complete phase two (2019-2021) of its multi-phase Quality Improvement Process (QIP). Phase Two of the QIP priorities include: comprehensive organization assessment; service delivery model creation; coaching for administrative team; project lead for the continued development of the Finance and Grants Compliance departments.
