THE ASSOCIATION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL PRESIDENTS (AVCP) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide delivery of pre-installed Dell PCs and Laptops complete with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Professional and AVCP Standard Applications.
Important Dates to Remember:
03/14/2022 Deadline for receipt of intent to bid acknowledgment form.
03/28/2022 Deadline for questions, comments.
04/06/2022 Submission deadline. RFP closes, no proposal accepted after this time.
Proposals must be received by 4:00 P.M., A.S.T., 04/06/2022.’
