THE ASSOCIATION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL PRESIDENTS (“AVCP”) is soliciting proposals for Transportation planning and project scope development, for its Tribal Transportation Program (TTP) with the Tuluksak, Eek, and Nunam Iqua tribes. Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) updates for AVCP consortium tribes including, but limited to: Alakanuk, Chevak, Eek, Hooper Bay, Kipnuk, Napakiak, Nunam Iqua, Oscarville, Pitka’s Point, Platinum, Scammon Bay, and Tuntutuliak. Capacity building and OJT for our in-house planner along with relevant template development. AVCP intends to contract either with an individual planning firm or multiple planning firms to assist AVCP with its regional transportation projects.

09/22/2022 Deadline for receipt of intent to bid acknowledgment form.
10/3/2022 Deadline for questions, comments.
10/12/2022 Submission deadline. RFP closes, no proposal accepted after this time.
Proposals must be received by 4:00 P.M., A.S.T., 10/12/2022.
