Typhoon Halong Housing Repair Waiver
By submitting this form, homeowners agree to allow approved crews (such as the National Guard, Department of Forestry, AVCP, or volunteer organizations) to remove water-damaged materials from their home and prepare it for winter. This includes muck-out work, replacing insulation, Tyvek, and plywood, and minor repairs like roofing or stairs if possible.
Please note:
This work is intended to prevent further damage and make the home habitable for winter, not restore it to its original condition. Materials are provided at no cost, and labor will meet generally accepted standards. Homeowners remain responsible for future repairs beyond this emergency work.
