The agenda is subject to change, modification, or amendment in accordance with AVCP’s governing documents and Convention procedures. The inclusion of an item on the agenda does not constitute its approval or adoption. Certain portions of the Convention may be limited to authorized delegates or designated participants only. Executive session may be called at any time when necessary to address confidential, privileged, personnel, legal, or other appropriate AVCP business. Public access and live-streaming will be paused during those sessions.
