This document is in reference to the RFMB published on the Plansroom.com advertising database, AVCP Web Site and distributed directly for procurement purposes with reference to the AVCP HIP Department and its Request for Material Bid for Two House Package HPB KSM in the AVCP Region. These additions are in response to questions and inquiries received before the published RFMB’s deadline for questions/comments. These additions shall be made valid as if they are included in the original RFMB.
