Notice of Comment Period and Public Hearing
To All Tribes and Tribal Members in the AVCP Region:
The Association of Village Council Presidents’ P.L. 102-477 Plan is under renewal for the upcoming 2027-2029 Plan years.
A copy of the Plan is available on the Association of Village Council Presidents’ website at www.avcp.org.

The comment period starts September 29, 2026, and ends November 13, 2026.
There will be a Public Hearing held in person in Bethel and via teleconference on October 20, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
