To All Tribes and Tribal Members in the AVCP Region:
The Association of Village Council Presidents’ P.L. 102-477 Plan is under renewal for the upcoming 2024-2026 Plan years. A copy of the Plan is available on the Association of Village Council Presidents’ website at www.avcp.org.

The comment period started July 14, 2023 and ends August 31, 2023.
